Returns within 14 days

If it doesn’t fit, you can return your order within 14 days after taking it over. You can either mail your order back to us (more info here) or you can return it in one of our shops in Prague, Brno or Ostrava. We will always refund your money back to your bank account.

Returns within 60 days

If you are buying a gift or are just not sure about your purchase, feel free to add our 60-days return service to your cart, too.

Returning your order within 60 days costs just €7.50, please make sure to add this service to the cart together with the goods you are ordering.
