Philippe Model Pgal Low Man

The Authentic Fusion of Parisian Charm and Italian Mastery by Philippe Model

The brand Philippe Model offers a unique blend of Parisian creativity and traditional Italian craftsmanship at Queens. This brand is not about mass trends, but about individuals who demand premium materials, artisanal craftsmanship, and designs with profound stories. Philippe Model Paris defines a category of footwear that elevates everyday style to an entirely new level, thanks to its distinctive appearance and exceptional comfort, all while maintaining its authentic streetwear identity.

A Fusion of Two Worlds: From Hats to the Iconic Shield

The history of the brand is a fascinating fusion of two worlds. It all began in the 1980s in Paris, when visionary hat maker and artist Philippe Model collaborated with the greatest fashion houses such as Jean-Paul Gaultier and Madame Grès. However, the real turning point came in 2008, when Model joined forces with Italian designer Paolo Gambat. Together, they breathed new life into the brand and created an aesthetic that combines French charm with precise manufacturing in the Italian region of Riviera del Brenta, renowned for producing the finest footwear in the world. The iconic hand-stitched shield on the side of each shoe is now a globally recognized symbol of quality and exclusivity.

Unique Patina and Technology for Maximum Comfort

What we appreciate most about Philippe Model footwear at Queens is their unique “lived-in” look. The brand is renowned for its hand-patinating process, which gives each pair its own soul and makes them feel naturally comfortable right out of the box. The selected leather, soft suede, and technical fabrics ensure that the shoe adapts better to your foot with each wear. Models such as Tropez, Paris, or Temple are built on anatomically shaped insoles that offer comfort comparable to the best sports shoes, yet packaged in a way that seamlessly complements a more elegant wardrobe.

The charm of Philippe Model lies in their total versatility for the modern man and woman. At Queens, we recommend pairing these models with high-quality selvedge denim or minimalist chinos, but their sophisticated silhouette also beautifully complements wool coats or tailored blazers. It is an investment in timeless style, which makes perfect sense at thirty-five – it does not need to shout with oversized logos, as its quality and origin are evident at first glance. Choose your pair of Philippe Model at Queens and experience the difference that genuine Italian craftsmanship brings.
