Materials
UpperSyntheticsSyntheticsThe material of the upper includes a wide range of man-made fibres and laminates that are designed to overcome the limits of natural materials. The main advantages are low weight, high strength and fast drying ability. Modern synthetic materials are often developed with an emphasis on breathability and resistance to external influences such as moisture or mechanical damage. Thanks to their technological variability, they allow the production of specific textures and structures that provide the foot with the necessary support and flexibility while maintaining easy maintenance. / Lightweight breathable mesh
MidsoleHOVR™+HOVR™+The latest generation of Under Armour's cushioning system that pushes the boundaries of comfort and energy return. This technology uses an improved foam compound that is lighter and more responsive than standard HOVR. It works on the principle of "zero gravity" - effectively absorbing impact shock on impact and immediately returning the released energy to the next bounce. A special Energy Web compression mesh holds the foam core in optimal shape, ensuring stability and long life cushioning properties. The HOVR™+ is the ideal choice for runners and athletes looking for maximum cushioning to protect their joints, but also demand a dynamic and lightweight feel with every step.
SoleRubberRubberIt is one of the most widely used materials for the production of soles due to its high mechanical resistance and durability. The main advantage of rubber soles is their excellent grip (traction) on different types of surfaces, which minimises the risk of slipping. The material is naturally flexible, waterproof and effectively absorbs shocks during walking. Depending on the compound, the rubber can be either soft for better contact with the ground or hard for maximum abrasion resistance on rough terrain.
User reviews
Under Armour was founded in 1996 by Kevin Plank, a former University of Maryland football player. Plank was tired of sweating through T-shirts during practice, so he decided to create moisture-wicking sportswear that would keep athletes cool and dry during exercise. Since then, Under Armour has become one of the most reliable manufacturers of sportswear, used by elite athletes and everyday people looking for comfort. Under Armour's success lies in its commitment to innovation and the use of cutting-edge technology.
